This is to inform all the visitors that the Facilitation Management Centre website of the Department of Posts would be launched soon. The website would have the folllowing features...
The website would be for the Internal reporting of the complaints for the issues such as Networking, Softwar issues, Hardware fault. The Facilitation management Desk would escalate and respond to tickeks raised by the divisional heads. The site is proposed to be launced by 1st of April 2008. -
