We have setup the Forums at the FMC website, and it will include areas of discussions amongst the staff of the India Post.
The forums would help in the peer to peer interaction under the official guidance of Directorate and the FMC Help desk. One system Manager can help the other system manager in the issues concerning them. This will not only help in solving the problems, but will also facilitate interaction amongst the Officials of India Post.
This method will also make the user generated FAQ and the new person visiting the board, can get the answer in the forum itself.
