registered email ID, which should be faxed immediately after completing
the form.

You must be authorized to access Support Desk by a written concent letter from your controlling officer in the Activation email.
There is no restriction on number of persons accessing Support
Desk. However, they must be the one who can clearly state the problems
of technology and can also reply some basic troubleshooting questions. The Divisional Heads can also apply to access Support Desk.
