Live Support has been added to Sahuliyat.com. By the installation and commissioning of it, a new layer of Support would be added into the system.

Live Support is meant for live support on technology related issues of Department of Posts. Employees and Officers can take this oppurtunity to directly interact with the help desk and the matters pertaining to Technology can be solved.

However, Live Help cannot substitute the Support Ticket System and Live Help should not be used to lodge an official complaint. The matters which require urgent attention and which require interactive sessions would only be entertained by the Help Desk.

You will only see that help desk Department for which the Support is available, you can ofcourse send us the offline message if the matters was really urgent or you can give us call.

To start the live chat, visit the home page of Sahuliyat and click on the Live Chat icon present, and you would be connected to one of our Staff.
